Nooddi - Thai Chef

I was visiting West Chester one time for a concert and noticed that this area especially downtown W.C. has a wide and different variety of restaurants.  I walked past many bars, wineries, pizza shops, restaurants that all had their own character and niche to them...one though had me remember the vibrant colorful blue ocean scenery that was painted on their walls, and I remember seeing this shark.
A couple months later I returned to West Chester, and doing some foodie research stumbled upon a restaurant called Nooddi, I was intrigued by the name, and Thai food, you can count me in!  I notice the sign on the outside of the restaurant, and proceed to walk in, it hit me like an answer for a game show to win a million bucks does...Ocean scenery, blue/ orange star like lights, with an asian touch to the decor, and there on the wall was the shark, the shark that had stood out in my mind.  I sat down, in front of me was this rose, this rose was made from a linen napkin that was skillfully folded to perfection.  As I look over the menu, Thai, there was one dish that stood out to me, and at that time I was headed to a reggae concert in downtown Philly, this dish was "Drunken Noodle."  Official name for this dish though is "Pad-Ke-Mao," I chose it with the sauteed chicken, jumbo noodles with onion, bell pepper, egg, basil & chili sauce.  I also chose to go on the "little spicy" side because i read chili sauce, and told myself, start off slow, if I want more heat...this is a Thai restaurant, I can get more heat!  The nice & calm waitor took the order and hurried off to the kitchen.  When the food arrived at the table, I took my first bite...DELICIOUS! All of the flavors lived up to my expectation of ingredients in this dish, with every bite there came a satisfying acknowledgment to the reason I will always respect Thai food, and that is because it is fresh, and interesting with every different seasoning, herb, and noodle that goes into it(:
I suggest if you are ever in the West Chester Downtown area you visit this local food joint...BYOB, vegetarian, noodle/pastas, sushi
